What are the shipping costs of my order?
Shipping costs depend on the order amount. You get an overview of the shipping costs of your order at step one of the ordering process.

We currently supply in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Sweden and Austria. We deliver to residential addresses only.
delivery time
Delivery of items will appear with the products in the product page. Delivery time varies from 1 day to 2 months. Delivery times are calculated based on stock and availability with our suppliers. The delivery times are an indication and not as a "firm date". This means that you can derive no rights here. We keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive an email when the status change.
The delivery time also depends on the payment option and the delivery method you have chosen.
delay in delivery
Stylish Colors is working hard to deliver your order on time. If there is one product of your order delayed, we send the other items which are ready for dispatch in advance. The delayed products will be shipped as they become available. You don't pay double shipping costs.
If your order is not received on time or if you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us via the contact form.
Partial delivery
Sometimes it happens that you order several items, and one will have a delay. In that case we send the articles we have on stock to you in advance of the delayed one. This is called a partial delivery. The missing item will be dispatched as soon as possible hereafter. You can recognize a partial delivery by a delivery note that your order is accompanied by watching it closely. This shows that the products are shipped, still on hold or already have been sent.
Return policy
To return a product you need to contact us within 14 days after you received the product by email to our customer service. This is to ensure that your returned item is processed correctly. You can reach our customer service via our contact form.
NOTE: The product must not have been in use.

The cost of return shipping are on your expense. Stylish Colors, in the event of termination, will within 30 days after the receipt date of the returned items the amounts pay back on your account. Read also the General Conditions for return warranty.
This cooling off period does not apply to products whose seal is broken, to products manufactured or customized according to your unique specifications.
